Jantex Discharge Base FS Sweet is as waterbase discharge base designed for use a garment dye stripping system.
This premium base includes additional binder for better adhesion, lubricant for ease of printing as well as a fragrant aroma masking agent for a pleasant smelling environment.
The Jantex Discharge Base FS Sweet can be used "as is" to achieve a neutral ground color or concentrated waterbase pigments may be added to the Discharge Base FS Sweet to simultaneously strip and replace the color in one print. When ready to print, add Jantex Parolite (activator) at 6% by weight and mix well.
Do not prepare more than needed as the discharge base has a shelf life of approximately 8 hours after activation.
Each substrate will react to discharge differently and some garments do not discharge. Please check with your garment supplier and test thoroughly before running any production.
